Lightscribe Not Detecting My Drive DVD/CD-ROM Burner Detection Problems?

The last time I had this device, "Anti-detect" the drive for a CD recording, which makes the drive to keep spinning, but no longer distribute it. It was defective and was replaced by the company.

Now I have a new one (LG GSA-H22L ... not a CD-R, DVD + R, DVD-R rewrite, and LightScribe dual-layer), which recognizes the same symptoms and sometimes not.

Sometimes the drive is not recognized, and I have on your computer, or put it into sleep / hibernate and wake up again, then the drive recognizes restart. Occaisionally, even if I run the team and said it detected the drive when I have access to my users and try to burn it, not telling them to find the drive. Go to my Device Manager and update the list, not a ruleDisplay DVD / CD-ROM at all. Then, with another restart / / loop to find waiting for hibernation, as a rule.

I have recently updated the firmware. I have both Roxio and Nero on my computer, neither work, if the drive is gone.

Help?
